Hidden behind a modest door on Amoy Street, Cloudstreet reveals itself slowly. The 2-Michelin-starred restaurant unfolds as a layered, sensory world: intimate, theatrical, warm, and precise.

Perinelli Design was brought on after Cloudstreet earned its second star, with a clear brief: amplify the experience without losing its soul.

The journey begins in the lounge, framed by hand-carved Sri Lankan elements and a mahogany and mirror bar. Guests move through sheer curtains into the dining room, where an 8-metre black granite chef’s counter anchors the space.

Sculptural lighting, circular timber canopies, velvet seating, brass detailing, and rich natural materials create a dark, tactile atmosphere. A vertical garden with Sri Lankan brass lions adds texture, while the private dining room sits behind rattan doors: bold, moody, and intimate.

Cloudstreet is a carefully choreographed, quietly luxurious experience.
