Located in the heart of Orchard, Draycott Residence is a low-level apartment surrounded by greenery. Rather than city views, the home sits within the tree canopy, bringing filtered light, privacy and a quiet sense of retreat.

The apartment was fully replanned to improve the flow and feeling of the spaces. The foyer was opened up, the dry and wet kitchens were better connected, and the bathrooms were completely reworked.
