Located off Bukit Timah Road on the ground floor of a quiet condominium, we reconfigured the layout to focus inwards, as there are no views outside. The existing structure was stripped back, and a central timber core was introduced to anchor the space while concealing the bar, powder room, wardrobes, and services. This allowed the surrounding rooms to open up, improving flow and natural light.

The design is minimal and warm, built around natural oak, stone, and soft textiles. Each space was carefully resolved, with bathrooms reworked to have distinct personalities while maintaining a coherent language.
