Located in Arabian Ranches, Dubai, Saheel Residence is a full renovation of a 450 sqm family home. The project completely reworked the floor plan to create a more spacious, open and functional house, carefully shaped around the way the family lives. A new pool and gym pavilion extend the home and strengthen its connection to the outdoors.

The material palette draws on the tones of the local landscape, with light sand-coloured surfaces and natural accents used to create a calm and cohesive sense of space.
