Inspired by Mexican haciendas and the bright colours found in Mexican nature NIXTA is rich, textured and a little loud. The design celebrates fire, flavour, and craft. At its heart, a wood-fired grill anchors the room, with meats roasting over open flames, filling the space with warmth and energy.

The design blends desert colored plastered walls, raw wood beams, agave leather booths and pops of pink and yellow. It’s a space that feels alive, joyful, and built to savour.
