Our third project with the Omotesando Koffee group brought us to K11 Art Mall in Hong Kong.

Partnering with Tokyo based designer Yosuke Hayashi, we adapted the original concept to house both Omotesando Koffee and Koffee Mameya side by side for the first time.

The design places the craft at the centre, literally framing the barista cube along a symmetrical axis that links the two brands. Though distinct, the spaces are connected through proportion and flow.

Materiality is reduced to just three key elements, oak, concrete and steel creating focus, clarity and a quiet celebration of the coffee craft.
