Origin was designed as a space to challenge the conventional, creating a unique identity for a new brand built around locally sourced and roasted coffee. At the centre of the space, a large Burmese teak structure forms both the coffee bar and the ceiling feature above it. Its fluid shape anchors the room, drawing movement and attention into the middle of the space, while creating a strong visual connection between the ground floor and the roasting room above.

The design turns the craft of coffee into architecture. Brass tubes, glass bean containers and the open roasting room make the process visible, while the warm timber form gives the space movement, softness and precision.

Visible from the street, the bar becomes both a functional counter and a sculptural landmark: striking from every angle, and central to the identity of the brand.
