The concept draws from the contrast between the body and the landscape. Externally, the hut is built from ice blocks, allowing it to reflect the shifting tones of snow, sky and trees. It becomes part of the frozen setting, quiet and almost camouflaged within the landscape.

Inside, the structure reveals a different world. Red wool felt lines the interior, creating warmth, softness and a strong sense of protection. The space becomes a small chamber of colour and comfort within the ice — a place to pause, warm up and feel sheltered from the exposed winter landscape.

The project explores the meeting point between outside and inside, cold and warmth, exposure and refuge. A frozen exterior holds a warm interior, like a quiet heart within the snow.
